Do yourself a favour and not use this company. I have never delt with such a company worse then Telkom. There service level is so poor it makes me want to cry.

I have called more than 30 times trying to cancel, emailing, complaining even yelling!! They get all defensive but the problem isnt resolved. Like what more must I do with them?? I seriously cant believe how **** this company is. I am struggling to cancel my VAS service with these people. I have already contacted the Vas company which was AA warrenties and they have sent me proof of cancellation during the month of November last year. This company Marquis Finance which is my finanace house of my car and the VAS service with as an extra service I agreed to take out. Having it only for a few days I canceled it. We in January and 3 payments for this policy which is suppose to be canceled and removed but no, its still on my name with Marquis Finance with the deductions still going off!!!!!!!

I am out of luck. I thought Telkom was bad but this company is just utter ****. I regret taking them as my finance house!!!

I need help canceling and getting a refund from this company!!!!!!!!!!!
