Utter Incompetence!!!!

Now here is a company that believe their customers are just cash ***s, there is no customer service. Hey as long as they can get their money at the end of the month who cares about customer service? Right Marquis Finance? Queries and emails go unanswered. Settlement requests get ignored, I am sure according to the NCA you are obliged to provide it to me? Even though I have jumped through your hoops and time frame, NOTHING. No communication. Utterly USELESS. If I have to treat my customers the way you do I would not be working!!!!!!
