Useless service

So I called Marquis finance 4 time within the week, To ask them if there is a possibility for a payment holiday or if they could restructure my installment, unfortunately because i need to also help out my family that unfortunately lost their job. They said they will forward my call to the next available person that can help me. Unfortunately 15 - 20 minutes in with every call i made nothing happened. I am not happy with the **** service that i have received from them. I would never recommend marquis finance to anyone at all. They cannot do anything, They all do not call you back or respond on any emails that you send them.

Absolutely useless.. I am very disappointed.
