Useless Customer Service - Stay Away!!

A one star rating would be too much when it comes to the after-sales service and support of the Marquis Finance Team. I will do my level best not do give them any business in the future. I have been communicating with them back and forth for more than a month and nothing has been resolved. My advice to anyone considering using marquis to steer clear from them. Poor business ethic from staff and poor after-sales service as well. Multiple requests were sent through the portal as well as through email. The result of Marquis' incompetence has cost extra in bank charges and interest even though the debit order failure came from their end.

A company will not respond to customer complaints or queries if they doing ********* business practices.
