Urgent Follow-Up: CPA Dispute – Lack of Feedback and Assistance
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the lack of feedback and assistance regarding my CPA dispute, which I initially lodged on 9 March 2026.
I received an acknowledgment of my complaint on 13 March 2026, advising that the matter had been escalated to a Business Development Manager. However, to date, I have not received any communication from this individual, nor was their name provided to me.
I followed up telephonically on 23 March 2026 and was assured that I would receive feedback from the Business Development Manager before the close of business that day. Unfortunately, no such communication has been received.
This delay is unacceptable, particularly given that I am currently in the process of purchasing a replacement vehicle. The unresolved CPA dispute is directly impacting my ability to proceed, and I require urgent cooperation and assistance from your side to finalize this matter.
I kindly request the following as a matter of urgency:
Immediate feedback on the status of my CPA dispute Direct contact from the assigned Business Development Manager Clear timelines for resolution Active engagement with the dealership to expedite the process
Should I not receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further through the appropriate regulatory and consumer protection channels.
I trust that this matter will now be treated with the urgency it deserves.
We are truly sorry to hear about your experience; I will contact you shortly and assist.
