Unjustified Handovers & Lack of Accountability – Urgent Resolution Needed!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Marquis Finance. They have incorrectly handed over two accounts to Nimble Pay, a collection company.

🔹 First account – This was cancelled, and in fact, a credit is due to me. AA Warranties has confirmed that they paid this amount to Marquis Finance. 🔹 Second account – The vehicle finance was settled by the dealership when I traded in my vehicle.

Despite multiple requests for calls and numerous attempts to contact them, I received no response. When I finally got through today, I was told that I have no active accounts, yet Nimble Pay still reflects these accounts as outstanding. I am still waiting for a manager to contact me to explain this serious issue.

This is completely unacceptable, and I expect an urgent resolution.
