Unacceptable service and customer assistance.

I am absolutely at a loss for words. Since joining it has been a fight to try and get things sorted. I have spoken to countless people who all seem to have different advice? On the 18th of Jan I requested my debit order to be changed, I asked what documents you need for this and I was told, it will be submitted and can only be effective as of February because I requested a change too close the the 25th of Jan. Right, Feb came explained once again why the amount couldn’t go off on the 25th as I am now paid later. March comes, surprise surprise, tries to go off on the 25th when I requested and was told it can be effective as of March. I start getting all sorts of threatening emails and messages. I phoned you, I was then told you only submitted my request for debit order change on the 30th of January? I asked this on the 18th. Not only was it submitted late but nobody had even reviewed the request as of March. I get given a host of email address to complain to, send one and no surprise again, I have yet to even hear back from you. Today, I get a response from your collections team telling me I must send you my payslip etc. Why was this not communicated to me when I first asked? Why is nobody actually trying to actively resolve this issue? I am so sick and tired of dealing with this company and absolutely do NOT recommend using them. I wait in anticipation to hear from you about my experience, should that day ever come.

Please, will somebody just get this sorted. Why do I have to come onto HelloPeter for anything to be done???
