Unable to make payment for Natis delivery request.

I settled my vehicle at the end of March, and I have been trying to pay the courier fee in order to complete the Natis delivery request but I have had absolutely no luck. I logged a query on their website weeks ago and have still not received any feedback. I called the customer care line and waited half an hour to have a two minute conversation that didn't help my cause at all.
