Title: Disappointing Service from Marquis Finance - Unpaid Debit Order without Notification

I'm extremely disappointed with Marquis Finance's handling of my account. My debit order was returned unpaid on 31 March, supposedly due to insufficient funds, but this is not the first time my salary is paid on the last day of the month. I'm puzzled as to why this happened, especially without any prior notification or communication from Marquis Finance.

I've been a customer for a while, and this is unacceptable. I had planned to make a manual payment, but your system didn't give me the chance. I've made a payment via Capitec bank today to prevent further issues.

Marquis Finance needs to improve their communication and processes. I'm unhappy with their service and won't be recommending them.
