They will ruin your credit. Stick to traditional banks for vehicle financing

This company will ruin your credit score due to the incompetence of its financial administrators and and you have to chase them for weeks to get the error rectified. In July I asked them if I could change my debit order to a different date which also took time to get a response. When they finally attended to my query, the financial administrator fail to inform me that if I change my debit I am required to make a second payment on that same month. They had already collected a payment on the 2nd and tried again on the 17th of the same and after the collect failed they reported my account as 1 month late to the credit bureau. The person who did this stopped replying to my email and the new financial administrator I speak to keep telling me “Let me speak to my manager I will get back to you” I will never hear from that person until I call again and speak to a new person and start the cycle all over again. The response is the same “Let me speak to my manager I will get back to you” then vanish. It’s been over a month and they are still sending me a letter of arrears even though a full payment is being collected every month. Stick to traditional banks this guys do not know what they are doing and your credit profile will suffer as the result.
