The worst service ever!!!
I have recently bought a car and received my financing through Marquis Finance. I am appalled and disappointed to say the least about the service I have received from them. They are refusing to change my debit order date and requesting I submit proof. My you I am an educator in the Eastern Cape and receive my salary on the 20th, they are currently debiting my account on the 25th and refuse to change it. I have never experienced such horrible service for a simple thing as changing of debit order date. I have sent numerous and emails and made phone calls but they refuse to assist me.
