Terrible, terrible customer experience. Would NOT recommend!
The WORST customer service ever! No replies to email, and when you call them you will be on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes without fail. I have previously been on hold for more 45 minutes waiting to speak to someone. When the customer service representatives eventually repond, they will rudely ask you to use the online portal (yet not all documents can be obtained on the portal, so in some cases you d need to make a call). All round just a really frustrating experience, stay away if you value your peace of mind!
