Terrible Marquis Finance service

Marquis Finance is the worst financial institute I have ever used in my life (69 years). After obtaining a settlement letter I paid my account up in full and requested the Natis document. I received a reply from MQF stating I have to pay re-registration and courier fees, I did so and completed the Natis request document again. I had no response from them, I tried calling but this is an even bigger nightmare than communicating via mail, from position 3 in line I eventually get to position 1 after 15 minutes still holding no answer I put the phone down. I correspond again via mail, their reply the Natis document has been sent to the insurance company - good. I receive an email again from Marquis telling me this is just a friendly reminder that the outstand amount on my account is R 800... and something. I rep**** with a friendly reminder that someone is not doing their work efficiently and provide all the proof of payments to them via email. MQF reply once again that the outstanding amount is that R 800... and my current account balance is R - 511.00 in the same email. I reply that the email is very confusing and that the credit be repaid to me. The next mail I receive from Marquis state that I must provide my residential address where the courier can deliver the Natis document to, and the R -511.00 will be used to cover re-registration and courier fees. So if the natis document has been given to the insurance (which is correct as it was a claim) then I would like to know why I also get an original natis document. This has taken three weeks of back and forth emails with no certain conclusion other than they don't want me to make use of their pathetic services again, and believe me I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I just want this nightmare to end with Marquis Finance!
