Takes DAYS to get a response - nobody answers phones - chat bot ALWAYS says they are experiencing high volumes
Takes DAYS to get a response - nobody answers phones - chat bot ALWAYS says they are experiencing high volumes. You can be on hold for over and hour. You have to make MULITPLE requests and follow ups before someone responds
