Taken for a ride

I financed my motorcycle through Marquis Finance since 2021.

I have requested for settlement figure from Marquis Finance on the 29/01/2025, on the 30/01/2025 I received an email from Ashwin Abrahams, promised I should receive my settlement letter shortly on my email address.

I sent follow up emails on the 03/02/2025, 06/02/2025 and 10/02/2025 and I have never received any response or the settlement letter. I am just wondering if they are dragging this maybe until the interest for February kicks in and also process February installment. I am saying this because previously I requested settlement figure on the 10/12/2024, and received the settlement letter on the 12/12/2024

Anyone who can legally advise on the matter.
