Take extra money off my account and they dont even know why
So they took R400 extra of my account. I call callc entre. Im told Monika called me on 18 April to make an arrngement cause my account was in arrears. I ask the guy to check and he confirmed it was never in arrears and isnt either so he doesnt know why she loaded it. Gave me her number at collections. Called collections and Im told monica didnt load it and im not in arrears and they dont know why extra money was taken of my account. Will call me back apparently or mail me. He isnt sure,
