Struggle to receive Natis after vehicle is paid in full
Very disappointed! Waiting since 27 March 2026 for my Natis to be delivered- every time when we phone there is excuses! But no one can really explain why the delay. We also suggested to come through to collect and was told papers not with them. So where is my papers for my car ??? We are very frustrated at this stage !!!
