Still Waiting for our refund after 17 days...
We have been waiting for a refund from Marquis Finance since the 6th of June. We have been told we were refunded on the 9th but to date have not received our refund. We have phoned and emailed and still nothing... This is ridiculous. Their portal is also not user friendly and response time too long.
