Stay clear of Marquis Finance

I rate one star as there is no lower rating. I have been trying to get a settlement amount on a vehicle that I purchased and which was financed by Marquis. I have signed up and contacted them via their customer portal - no response. Calling them is also a waste of time as calls are not answered. When I eventually got an email response they requested the agreement number. In my reply I mentioned that I have attached the complete agreement document. Since then I had 6 emails requesting the same! (Apparently they do not know how to open an attachment!). Despite this I did get a call from a 3rd party to inform me of their insurance options. I never gave permission that my contact details may be shared with 3rd parties and as such they are in breach of the POPI Act. My advise to consumers: STAY CLEAR OF Marquis finance!!!
