Shocking appalling service

The most frustrating and unprofessional experience ever dealing with these people. I will go out of my way to spread negative reviews about them. They simply are impossible to get hold of. It is a to-and-fro of emails that get nowhere. My son has been trying for a month to sort out his new vehicle and get released from Marquis after his old vehicle was ******. This is proving a huge challenge. Not sure where to turn. We may have to resort to an Ombudsman or go legal which is going to cost us but anything to get this issue resolved at this stage. Amazing how a company can make one so incredibly angry and frustrated, and we are generally patient and understanding people. This is an experience from hell.
