I’ve been trying to get hold of them for the past 3 days. No one is picking up calls, no response also on email. It’s sooo frustrating to deal with this finance company honestly!!!! I made an advance payment, on email I confirmed they can proceed with the term reduction but it’s still not done. Now I can’t get hold of anyone 😡
