Ridiculous financial provider!!!!!!

One of the WORST Financial credit providers I’ve come across, I surrendered my vehicle voluntarily after they chose to decline a bid to buy from an another company saying they’ll get more on auction! What happened at auction? They got so much less!!! Now they expect me to pay the shortfall back to them on the original contract installment when I got the car. They said they’ll split the amount over the years I have left but lo and behold they want me to pay the full installment. This institution is ridiculous and should be shut down, they can’t even manage debit orders.
