REFUND STILL NOT PAID MONTHS LATER!

Terrible service from Marquis Finance as they have been promising my Dad his refund for months now, even had it on paper, but It's still not refunded! This was for a double-payment received via Debit Order + EFT for the same month. He has been to their Office a couple of times and promised each time that the 2nd payment will be refunded, but to no avail 4months later!
