Quick to take your money and milk you for more (****mers)

So these idiots debit my account and then like a few days after that sent me an account statement stating the account is in arrears ***?

I then try to phone them and after like more than half an hour get hold of someone who said they will have to put me through to collections as they can assist but then the phone just cuts then i try phoning collections via listed phone number but no answer (Pathetic)

Then i go ahead and send 2 complaints but still no answer and this is after the first mail i have sent as well they dont bother to contact you

Then i go ahead and try phoning customer care to see if i can resolve the issue but once again no customer service...

Eventually someone phones me just to state my account is in arrears and i should pay...Told the person that is impossible as the debit went through a few days ago where the response to that was we didnt receive it but my money was taken and basically making there ****up my problem, Then they went on asking for my mail details and this was surprising as they sent me an account statement like a few days ago so they should have it which means they are careless with peoples information...

Also i asked have you not seen my emails? i have sent like 4...one query, 2 complaints and a proof of payment and that question completely went over this persons head like i was asking them to do rocket science...

So if anyone ever gets the idea to trust these guys on a monthly basis then i would say dont waste your time and stay away because they have no idea what they are doing and they are quick to pile ****ups on the customer as well as not really care about good service
