Poor service

The worst service . I am currently abroad So Didnt have funds when debit order ran on the 1st . 2 hours on the most later I made a manual payment and sent pop ,no feedback or communication was given and today a debit order ran again and deducted ,worst part on statement it says that im R71 in advance but still ran a debit order
