POOR SERVICE

<div>This company is terrible to deal with and they do not meet the service standard of other Financial Service Providers. I paid a lumpsum on my vehicle with the view to reduce the instalment. A full week went by without a response from them on what that amount would be and I had to follow up. Further to that,the instruction was given to reduce the instalment and this was not actioned. When you try to call them, the hold times are long with no indication as to when anyone will answer the call. If you email them, there is a delay in response and they don't action your requests anyway. ****** is the consultant that has mishandled my query to date.</div>
