POOR PERFORMACE AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I purchased a car from a dealership in October 2024, financing it through Marquis Finance. A week later, due to issues with the vehicle, we returned the car, and the dealer sold us a different one. We then reapp**** for financing with Marquis Finance.

Since November 2024, Marquis Finance has incorrectly maintained two transactions under my name for the first car and the second, which is harming my credit record by showing that I am over debited. I have consistently reached out via email with no response. I spoke to a consultant five weeks ago who assured me that this would be resolved and the transactions would be removed from my name, yet there has been no progress or follow-up. I expect immediate action on this matter.
