Poor management of accounting department
Emailed this *********** company to change my debit order date, they didn’t change it, payment bounced. They debited my account again on a random day, payment went through. Have emailed them and called them several times to allocate the funds to my account so that it does not reflect badly on my credit score but hey have failed to do so. My account was allocated to Dudu Dhlamini to do the allocation of funds and no feedback from that person or any MQF agent.
