Poor communication

A company you can never get ahold off. You will call and call and get no one. They will call you when they want to tell you a warntee you never knew about had expired and their offering you a new one. Imagine that nonsense how annoying because I'm currently paying for a warntee. It's was never disclosed that my vehicle has. And when you not interested in the deal the consultant because rude.
