Pathetic customer service

I am very disappointed with Marquis Finance, I have been having a problem with a car purchased at Kondakov Cars, financed by Marquis Finance. I was told to send an email and a Consultant from Marquis Finance will contact me. That was the 31st of October 2023 and no one has called me since. I have been calling the customer care number with no luck. This is really pathetic and so frustrating.
