There’s a lady by the name of Kgotso who truly deserves recognition! She once helped me with a border letter and was so kind and patient

Recently, I struggled to get my Natis and had called many times before, always being told it would be delivered. When I spoke to Kgotso, she immediately contacted the courier and found out they had the wrong contact number. Thanks to her, I got my Natis the very next day!

I’m not good with technology, so I even asked my son to help me post this — I just really hope Kgotso sees this because she went above and beyond. Truly an asset to the company!
