Original Natis documents never received even after paying for the documents to be delivered

I would like to share my frustration on the terrible service received from Marquis Finance on the delivery of my original natis documents. My vehicle has been pain off and process to acquire my vehicles natis docs has been unpleasant. Up to now I have not received my documentation after being a month of having settled

I am worried as these are important documents and should they fall into the wrong hands it places my vehicle in danger of being ******

Please help as I am highly concerned
