Not happy with ur service team

Am highly not happy with the marquis finance I would high receive calls even on weekends but they said to me they are not working on weekend, I got calls from a girl call Botlale and itumeleng attitude was their highest because am being told that my account is in areas and they said iv got certain months I didn't pay in 2023 and they keep on changing months when they call. Iv requested a payment statement my installment price does not make sense with the outstanding balance and their interests rate are a full monthly payment if marquis doesn't not fix this they will lose customers and trust me I won't recommend this bank to any one.
