No Service
I have never experienced such unprofessional staff. You simply don't get any service from them and nobody is able to get through to the collection department. I'm begging to wonder if they exist. Please could you advise what the steps would be to get any service rendered? I have sent NUMEROUS mails and made numerous phone calls, but never have I received any response. Totally UNACCEPTABLE
