No Response on emails and calls

Marquis Finance I’m really struggling to get them on the line when I call they transfer me to other departments and those departments say it’s not them dealing with my query I have sent emails countless of them and done follow ups nothing.

I have been with them for 1year and 3 months but reaching them is always a struggle and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I sent an email regarding payment break due to mechanical issues on the vehicle that is financed by them which has been having milking me dry on repairs even though it has been serviced with intervals and driven less then 30 000

This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we regret that your concerns around the payment break and mechanical issues have not been attended to as they should. Good morning,

I am writing to express my deep frustration with the service received from Marquis Finance. This has been, by far, the worst experience I’ve had in dealing with any financial institution.

Despite multiple attempts to get in touch with your team starting from the 7th of July, I received no response. Only after I posted a complaint here on HelloPeter did someone finally get back to me—well after the debit order had already been submitted to the bank.

This level of disregard for customer communication is completely unacceptable. Had someone responded earlier, this issue could have been avoided. I am extremely disappointed and urge Marquis Finance to seriously reconsider how they handle customer service and support queries.

TODAY I will be settling my vehicle loan and I hope I get my Log book ASAP 🙏
