No reply and empty promises: 3 days and still not the query was solved
I had a conplaint about my statement in Thursday on the 5th of January after with no reply... Today on the 9th at 11h00 they ploned me and explained the line was bad so i asked the marquis rep to email me she agreed its now 20h38 and i have not received a email nor my settlement quote.
They dont answer their phones
