No contact information or responces to emails

I really didn't want to go this route . Im struggling to get hold of this institution no direct contact number. I've emailed numerous times. Used the chat box as well. I've settled the account on the 18th September, paid Natis on the 19 recieved notification the natis has been allocated as payment on account but no communication regarding the actual settlement of vehicle. The agents on chat box has literally stopped responding today. This is frustrating as the natis payment is not even a tenth of the actual settlement. Nobody has contacted me to this date . I require feedback to finalize the licence of vehicle. I need someone from this institution to call me back and have this resolved today
