NO CLIENT SERVICE!!!!!!! NO REPLY ON EMAILS.......PATHETIC
It is really frustrating trying to get someone to assist. They do not return email comms ..............No direct number to call.........I am battling now for 3 weeks to get my NATIS docs from them............and can you believe they want me to send a pop for the courier service.......??????????? Try to ask which courier service.........needless to say....no reply. So I am left in the dark.........Mabe I should go to their offices and try to resolve..........
