No assistance when needed, poor communication
Poor poor service, I can't get through to anyone. day 4 now waiting on the line for 25 minutes plus each time. No response on emails, no one gets back to me. worst decision of my life. CALL ME, I WANT T SETTLE THIS ACCOUNT AND BE DONE WITH YOU
