My experience with Marquis Finance has been most frustrating and disappointing. I have been trying to request an original NATIS from December. I followed your process to collect a natis to the T and today when I tried to collect the long awaited NATIS, it was refused because the NATIS clerk says no arrangement has been made to collect by Marquis Finance. I find it impossible to communicate with Marquis Finance and every email attempt and telephone attempt is simply ignored. *** is an email address that is clearly unattended. *** is a telephone number that is clearly unattended because after 20 minutes the computer assisted line cuts off. SHAME ON YOU MARQUIS FINANCE TEAM!
