I called in three times for a settlement letter and on each day, I was told that I would receive this by COB on the day, I did not receive any settlement letter or communication.
Today, 14 March 2024, I called in and spoke to Karabo Magasa who was the most pleasant and helpful. The call took less than 5 minutes - He stayed on the line to ensure I received the letter.
