Very unprofessional and rude staff that work there. I app**** for finance through the dealership my finance was approved and validated, they sent me the contract which I signed and then sold my current vehicle the same evening as I was going to collect my car the next day. When going to the dealership mf refuses to give the release note this is after signing the contract saying my deal failed validations??? Which was supposed to have gone through before sending me a contract. Now I’m stuck with out a vehicle it will be costing me more money to hire a vehicle now to use so I can get to work and not lose my income. Why couldn’t all the checks and validation be done prior to sending me a contract. We put my life on hold when everything has been signed? And also paid the insurance premium for the new vehicle in order to drive the car off the showroom floor. Absolutely disgraceful to treat clients like that and embarrass my self while my family is there all excited to get in to a new vehicle. This company will not last long the way they conduct business and one day people are going to see that this company is a joke. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
