Marquis is either *********** or disingenuous.
This is business is proving masterful at frastrating you as customer will being engaging.
I have had to separate consutants "escalate" my matter to their IT, and still my statements are returned incorrect. Just for background, I recently requested a settlement letter and it attracted penalty. Problem is that my actual contract with them, with they have on their platform, as well as many previous statements they have sent to me before all have the correct initial loan amount which is below the R250k threshold that would give them course to charge the settlement penalty. Point being, while I have gotten through to two or three consultants, they have not resolved this matter, this is concerning because it leads me to believe that they may not even know how to correctly calculate the amounts due to them.
Tip: When you call them, click on the option for accounts in arrears, they never take calls for people whose accounts are fully paid up.
We apologise for the frustration caused. Your concerns regarding the settlement penalty and incorrect statements are being escalated for urgent review. I will contact you shortly. Thank you for your patience.

I want to make something clear for people who will read this in the future. I am writing this review precisely because I am an informed consumer who works in finance and is aware of the National Credit Act and Consumer Protection Act which apply in this case. So these may seem like small matters to some but for different consumers will less privilage, they can cause damage to their everyday lives. I do not like resorting to social media for corporate responsiveness, but unfortunately, here we are.
