Marquis Finances accident damaged cars and Ignore customers there after!!!!

Don't ever finance anything through Marquis. Marquis are very quick to finance whatever you want and terribly slow once you have signed. No response or feedback on queries. you cant get ahold of them half the time. only time you hear from them is when their legal people are calling to make threats to the consumer.

i see their ratings are already **** anyways so ill just also add my experience with them.

Marquis financed an accident damaged vehicle from a dealership called Rosso Auto. Nothing was disclosed to the consumer at the time of purchased. 14 days later i returned the vehicle to the dealer as it was coming up with a lot of mechanical faults and asked Marquis to help investigate because the dealership didn't want to reserve the sale. Their feedback was terrible , they were not helpful even after i showed evidence that they financed an accident car...... 9 months later , I'm still stuck in the same predicament.

There was someone sent by Marquis that called and whatsapp'd to make threats and vanished there after. what a pile of **** service by these entities.

I have submitted complaints against Marquis to the National consumer Commision as well as the dealership and further opened a case against them with the banking ombudsman.

if you reading this , i urge you to open cases against this terrible entity so we can bring to light how ****ty they treat their consumers. once i win this case i never want to be associated with this entity ever again.
