Marquis Finance- the worse finance house you cannot trust

This is the worse Finance house! My vehicle was settled before the debit order run was in place. I sent them the POP over the portal and over email. It is impossible to reach their so called customer care line. They still deducted my instalment. I have struggled to get response from complains or info with regards to this. The paid up letter is still not loaded on the portal even though it states it will be done after 3 working days. After multiple requests over the email, I received responses from both email addresses- both responses very different. Complaints informed me that they are integrating the system and no payments can be made. Info informed me that the money was paid and will reflect in less than 72 working hours. Still nothing reflects! This is a nightmare of a finance house!!!! Never ever consider going with them! As a single mother before Christmas that has to fight a loosing battle with this Company, let my experience be witness that this is the worse Finance house and you cannot trust them!!!!
