Marquis Finance takes months to cancel a policy.

A paint and dent policy was cancelled on 2 Feb 2022. Impacuma and Pitstop Motors cancelled the policy on their respective sides and the info were forwarded to Marquis Finance on 4 Feb 2022.

I've contacted Marquis Finance at least 2 times to update the loan amount and deduct the R4500 from my original loan amount. I only get the following feedback every time:

This is unacceptable.
