Marquis Finance Payments

I have paid my installment on the 26 of February 2024 and sent them my payment conformation like other months. I received an sms stating they can't find my payment. I sent them a second payment conformation on 28 February 2024. On 2 March 2024 they debited my account after I have paid them and sent payment conformation twice. I tried to contact them but no answer. i have send e-mails and no contact.
