Marquis Finance is a shame, don't accept their deal

Informed Marquis finance about change of banking details in November last year, they are still unable to process debit order from my new banking details, I have to send a proof of payment to emails where they never bother to respond.

Yho I regret financing my car with these people. To my surprise they are still trying to debit my old account after confirming to me last year in November that they will debit to a new account.

If I had means I would pay off my car so I don't have to deal with such incompetence ever again.
