Marquis Finance incompetence in dealing with cases -Vehicle deregistered without informing me

I feel like Marquis finance staff just don't know what they're doing. I had an issue with the arrears on my vehicle and it was taken and kept in storage till I settled them at the end of October, when I fetched my car from storage. Now my licence disc expired end of November and ever since I have been experiencing a serious issue with renewing it. I'm struggling to renew it because it shows that it's no longer in my name AND it's in the process of being sold. I believe this status was done when you wanted to sell it but was never updated after I paid and fetched it from storage. I am not sure how it's still showing that it's getting sold when it's been in my possession since end of October (2 full months now). I needed to register it in Gauteng Province and renew the licence disc but it's blocked due to those reasons. So whoever de-registered it from my name back then somehow just forgot to re-register it when I released it from storage, but they were very quick to de-register it. Right now I'm driving a car that is not renewed and worse of all, not in my name. I think this matter will be better dealt with the Ombusdman and the Court, I'm exhausted with these ups and downs.
