Marquis Finance HORRIBLE experience!

Another great day with the worst vehicle finance company. I traded in my vehicle and the account was settled on 19th. I assume all good and I wont need to worry about another installment going off on my account. Just to find a nice Debit order going off on the 25th. I phoned to tell them my car was settled and they could even see it on their side. Marquis tells me they need a POP??? on my account that was debited???? and that my debit order goes off on the 1st??? , I sent back the information where my account was debited on the 25th and also the previous month as proof.... On top of that I tried to phone again, waiting 10min and then the phone just cut out. I now need to phone YOU marquis finance...daily to ask what is happening to be told you are waiting for another department to respond back to you.... your service is pethetic!!!. You can easily debit accounts but when you need to pay back the money you sit on it! it has almost been a full week now!

I want a manager to speak to me to resolve this!!!
